The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport (PSA), providing convenient public transport options directly to Follonica and Grosseto. Florence International Airport (FLR) is another good alternative, with a similar driving distance.
We recommend Il Sassone, Tenuta del Fontino or Tenuta di Montemassi for their proximity to the venue. Alternatively, The Sense Resort in Follonica is a great option, close to the beach and public transport. Refer to the Q&A section for more details.
From Pisa Airport, you can either take a direct train from Pisa Centrale to Follonica or Gavorrano, depending on your hotel location, or drive—both options take about 1.5 hours. From Florence Airport, you can drive directly or take an indirect train via Pisa to Follonica or Gavorrano, with both routes taking approximately 2.5 hours. Taxis are available from Follonica and Gavorrano.
Transportation to and from the wedding venue and brunch will be provided for guests staying at Tenuta il Sassone, Tenuta del Fontino, Tenuta di Montemassi and The Sense Resort. If you are staying at one of these hotels or can make your way there, we will arrange for pick-up to the ceremony and multiple drop-offs throughout the evening.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, embracing the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The weather in mid-July is typically warm and sunny, with average temperatures ranging from 25°C to 30°C.
The dress code is "Dolce Vita Cocktail." Ladies, think chic summer dresses in any colour. Gentlemen, feel free to leave the ties at home and choose lightweight suits or smart blazers paired with trousers. You can find inspiration on the Dress Code tab.
As we are based overseas, we won't be having a traditional gift registry. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could receive. However, for those who wish to contribute, we have created a registry on Prezola. This allows you to help us create unforgettable memories by contributing to or purchasing experiences for our honeymoon. We are planning on taking a couple of weeks after the wedding to relax and unwind in Europe and enjoy being newlyweds.

A: Yes, we will have a variety of meal options to cater to different dietary preferences. Please let us know your dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Children

Q: Are children invited to the wedding?

A: While we adore your little ones, due to venue restrictions, we kindly ask that only children of the bridal party join us for the wedding weekend. If this presents any challenges, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist.

A: Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we sincerely mean that. Since we are based overseas, we do not have a traditional gift registry.
